Quick question for you. We had our homestudy reviewed and they needed more info on the medical check than the form that AGCI gave us. Did you have a different form for your homestudy or what did you use? She said something about needing specific height, weight, BMI, if we'd been HIV tested and some other stuff? I think that is it though and our homestudy hopefully will be complete. Your help is greatly appreciated. T
Oh, we just used the form that AGCI gave us b/c our homestudy people said to use what they gave us if we had something because that way we'd have what they wanted (apparantly not though...) T
